Most estate agencies will join Alto from one of three scenarios and the data migration process differs according to each:
If scenarios 1 or 2 apply to you, then we will proceed with a manual install. Our team of data specialists will create the necessary fields for you to populate with your own data and you can be operational in up to seven working days.
If you’re switching from another property software provider, then you’ll be assigned an Alto project manager to guide you through the data migration process.
You’ll then enter the project phase, where our specialist team will migrate the data before running a test database. This can take up to two months depending on the complexity of your data and previous system.
Both processes also include adding your company logo and all relevant templates into the system for complete personalisation of your platform.
