    Appraiser notes

    Appraiser notes have been removed from valuation appointments so notes will appear when there's a re-booking or cancellation.

    Property duplicates

    We've tweaked the add-a-property journey so that it runs the duplicate property check once you've loaded the property.

    Property status updates

    You no longer have to record a market appraisal to change a property status to 'instructed'.
