Fixflo integration with Alto gets an upgrade, driving efficiencies for letting agents
Alto, the market-leading software for estate agents has upgraded its integration with Fixflo. Fixflo is the market-leading repairs and maintenance software and is already being used in over 1.6 million rental units across the UK.
Agents can access the Fixflo integration via Alto Marketplace and use it to automate and streamline every part of their property management workflow, from managing repair requests to gathering quotes and reconciling maintenance costs.
Alto customers can also use Fixflo’s built-in guidance to filter out up to 20% of tenant maintenance with guidance for tenants and property managers in the form of pop-ups built into the Fixflo portal
As part of the upgrade:
- Alto’s API enables Fixflo to create an updated works order with real-time updates which will be visible from the Alto software
- There’s now two-way data synchronisation between Alto and Fixflo, further streamlining the day-to-day of property managers and letting agents
The integration has proven popular since its launch and is being used by Alto customers of all sizes to drive more efficiencies. This includes Sarah Rushton, Property Manager at Jordan Fishwick who said:
