New enhancements have been added to Alto Prospecting to help our customers effortlessly create and run property marketing campaigns without repetitive manual intervention.

Achieve effortless scale and consistency with automated On-Market campaigns.

The new Automated On-Market Campaigns are designed to help you save hours and manage high volumes of listings with ease. By defining rules and templates once, you can eliminate repetitive manual campaign setup and schedule execution without manual intervention. This means less administration, faster execution, and more consistent marketing output.

Key Benefits:

  • Consistency & reduced errors: Configure your campaign rules using a flexible range of targeting and control options. This includes selecting listing statuses (e.g., added to market, reduced), location targeting by multi-selecting outcodes, and advanced filters for property type, number of beds, price range, and even excluding a particular agent’s stock. Using standardised templates and rules removes manual mistakes, ensuring consistency.
  • Timely Execution: Campaigns run automatically and are strategically scheduled to be sent on a Wednesday with the goal of reaching doormats by the weekend.
  • Built-in Control: The system automatically checks if approval is required. If it is, the campaign is routed through the existing approval workflow with notification emails triggered, and the campaign only proceeds when approved. If approval is not required, the campaign runs automatically, improving your speed to market.

Key features of this enhancement:

  • Flexible Automation Setup: configure campaigns using a range of targeting and control options:
    • Statuses & Campaign Timing: Select listing statuses (e.g., added to market, reduced).
    • Location Targeting: Multi-select outcodes to send mailers to (default is all selected).
    • Advanced Filters: Apply filters for property type (multi-select), number of beds, price range (min/max), and listing agent (to exclude targeting a particular agent’s stock).
    • Template Assignment: Assign specific templates per campaign week. 
  • Smart Campaign Scheduling: Campaigns run automatically and are sent on a Wednesday with the aim of reaching doormats at the weekend. 
  • Built-In Approval Workflow: The system automatically checks if approval is required.
    • If required, the campaign is sent to the approver via the existing workflow, notification emails are triggered, and the campaign proceeds only when approved.
    • If not required, the campaign runs automatically.

Also, you’ll can maximize your outreach efficiency and focus on the right opportunities with the new inventory filter on the On-Market screen. This feature allows agents to quickly segment properties based on whether a matching contact already exists in the Alto CRM.

This Inventory filter offers three powerful options on the filter bar to help you achieve smarter segmentation:

  • Known only: Shows only properties with a red dot, indicating the address is matched to an existing contact in the Alto CRM. This is ideal for maximizing outreach to your known database.
  • Unknown only: Shows only properties without a red dot, helping you easily identify and target potential new leads where no CRM match was found.
  • All: The default view, showing no change to the current list.

These powerful Alto Prospecting enhancements give you the tools to automate your processes, reduce errors, and target your leads with greater precision.
